  Files can be transferred to the Web server via File Transport Protocol (FTP). If you have a PPP Internet account and need FTP software, you can download a program for either the PC or Mac from various site. We recommend Cute FTP for Windows-based systems. We provide 24/7 FTP support for all our accounts.

• Do you provide control panel to manage web site features?
  Yes, we provide every web site control panel. You can access your web site control panel from our C.Panel login, at the top of our website. Detailed information of this is/would be provided to you at the server details page provided a the time you register as our client.

  Search engines are web directories indexing large number of websites, images, news, multimedia, and other files available on the World Wide Web.

  Yahoo!, Google, MSN, Altavista, Lycos are some popular search engines. There are many other well known search engines available in the internet.

• Can my POP accounts be xyz@mydomainname.com?
  Yes. In fact, you can have as many POP accounts as your need within your domain name and within all of the domains you are hosting, but if you cross the number of email addresses provided to you, you have to pay for the extra setups.

• Can I forward all of the email from my domain to one email account?
  Yes. You can create an account called catchall. That is the account that email will go to if the email is sent to an account name within the domain name that does not exist.

• Can I set this up so www.mydomainname.com and mydomainname.com both map to the same place?
  By default www.domainname.com and domainname.com always map to the same place.

• How can my clients change their email account passwords?
  The clients have their own control panel to make changes to their passwords, although the reseller also has ability to do the same.

• Can I set it up so that subdomain.mydomainname.com would map to a different subdirectory?
  You can map subdomain.yourdomainname.com and somethingelse.com to other URL subdirectories within your account. That functionality is handled through the web control panel.

• Do you guarantee a certain level of uptime?
  No, we do not guarantee any specific quality of service. Our web service uptime is currently 99.98%.

• Do you offer PHP hosting?
  Yes PHP4 is available on both Linux and Windows servers.

• How long does it typically take for a site to 'go live' after I register the domain name with Public Domain Registry and set up the domain name at E-Space4u?
  When you set up a domain name at E-Space4u, it is set up immediately on our main server. The Server configuration details are acquired from the main server four times a day, so it can take up to 6 hours for the servers to grab the details for the new domain name. Public Domain Registry generally takes 24-48 hours to get new domains ready. Sometimes Public Domain Registry will take longer than that, but most of the time Directi gets new domain name ready in 24-48 hours.

• Is there any way to have a cgi-bin for each domain name under my account?
  Yes, every domain name you are hosting at E-Space4u can have its own cgi-bin. When you create a new domain name using the web control panel, the web control panel adds a cgi-bin mapping for the new site. All you need to do to use the cgi-bin mapping is create the physical cgi-bin directory in the directory that the new site is mapped to.

• Are there any set-up fees?
  No. There is a no Setup Fee of any kind or no hidden cost at all. The prices for all packages are available on the site itself.
